Today’s guest is Matt Pridemore, who went from being a professional baseball umpire for 7 years to becoming a regional manager in retail furniture. After his 5 years of management, Matt drove sales to 25% increases in revenue, twice. He has increased revenue in 6 out of the top 10 stores in the company of 400 furniture stores, and had #1 store in the company in 2015. In 2016 Matt purchased his first furniture store and since then, has added 14 more. In 2021 Matt was voted top 40 under 40 by Home Furnishings Business Magazine.
