Owen Gwilliam, also known as 'Beef Back Better', was on the show about a year ago, as he was making his first trip to El Salvador, doing research on the regenerative / organic ranching situation in the country.

Since that time, he's returned to Australia, only to leave again, and move his whole life to El Salvador. He has spent his initial time there sourcing the absolute best quality beef available, and has recently begun selling direct to clients there (mostly bitcoiners).
