Today’s episode may be straight forward, but it’s not without nuance! On this week’s episode of On The Up & Up, we’re ushering in the holiday season with an episode dedicated to building your holiday policy.

But the goal of this episode is not to list out a bunch of holidays you should include in your policy. It’s to show you how different perspectives - and how choosing which holidays your company observes - can impact your company culture.
