319: PART 1: Millie Mackintosh - the real reason I gave up MIC and drinking

This week, Jamie is joined in the studio by none-other than his good friend, fellow podcaster and MIC alumni, Millie Mackintosh. 

In this episode, Jamie and Millie have a super honest and open discussion about their journeys with mental health. Millie speaks candidly about her journey with anxiety, from when it started when she was at school, to having therapy and stopping drinking in order to work on her relationship with herself.   

They also discuss having children, keeping the spark alive in relationships and even reminisce about the good old days of Made in Chelsea, as well as the unexpected way that Millie ended up being cast for the show. This is not one to miss.
