5 PM ET: SCOTUS to hear Trump case, NYC sues migrant bus companies, FL abortion rights & more

We start with breaking news that the US Supreme Court has decide it will review the Colorado Supreme Court's decision to remove former President Donald Trump from the state's primary ballot. New York City is suing more than a dozen bus companies for more than $700 million. The FDA cleared Florida to become the first state to buy cheaper bulk medications from outside the US. A new study says hundreds of thousands of American lives could be saved with stricter gun control laws. And, abortion rights could be on the ballot in Florida this year.
