298. How To Be Okay with Disappointing Others And Why It Will Help You Live The Life You Want

For me it was a brain tumor. For @ShaunaNiequest, it was the painful realization that her stress, exhaustion, and overwhelm had turned into nothing: complete numbness.

But wasn't Shauna was living her dream..? Multiple #NYT bestselling author, frequently booked international lecturer, and celebrated thought leader?

Despite the success, she realized that her inability to be present with the people she truly loved the most - her husband and her children - was the final straw.
