Amy she is a psychiatric nurse. She began to struggle with her weight in her teens. She suffered from a bladder condition, which affected her relationship with food.
In June of 2020, Amy was ready to begin her IF journey, as she knew it was time to do something about her health. Amy began with a 16:8 protocol, moving quickly to 19:5. She has lost 41 pounds, reversed her fatty liver, her bladder condition has improved, and Amy feels that IF has empowered her to listen to her body.
