When she was younger, Karen never had a weight problem. She was tall and slim.

Listen to Karen's inspiring story as she tells how she stepped out of the "calories in - calories out" diet paradigm that wasn't working for her.

Karen was open-minded enough to look at food, especially sugar, in a new way. And that's what made all the difference for her in her 40s and 50s.
