Caroline, who started her career working in corporate America, and Lizzy, a professional dancer, launched the brand in 2020, in the midst of the pandemic. What was initially a passion project and side hustle quickly evolved into their full-time jobs, and the business is continuing to grow at breakneck speed. We discuss the shifting marketing landscape, the impact of the pandemic on business, and how to handle working with family.
