Lori works in vacation rental management. She was heavy as a child and began to diet in her teens, which led to countless years of gaining and losing the same 30 pounds. 

After a family vacation in July of 2021, Lori found herself at her highest weight of 220 pounds. In an internet search to find another diet, Lori came across Gin’s book, Delay, Don’t Deny. She has lost more than 50 pounds. Lori is no longer obsessed with food, feels empowered, has confidence, and she no longer self-soothes with food.
