Well, this week Jenni is joined by three friends who have come up with an app to help you do just that. BuddyUp is a matchmaking fitness app for runners to find, like and match with nearby training partners.
Joey, John and Emily chat to Jenni about how they came up with the idea for the app, their running experiences, the advantages to running with a buddy, including safety, the feedback they've had from users and their ambitions for the future.
