A Do Not Disturb (DND) registry. Blockchain technology. The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has made many attempts to curb the menace of pesky calls.  It is now looking to launch a caller ID similar to Truecaller, and is also deploying AI and ML to address the issue.
