Diseases are fairly predictable - we just need to understand how they come about. If we can do that, we can catch them early by learning to read the warning signs of disease, and stop it in its tracks before it even happens!

I'll say it again - DISEASES ARE PREVENTABLE damn near 100% of the time. But we need to learn to read the early warning signs and not wait to intervene. Because by the time the symptoms show up, disease is already setting in.
