The holidays are upon us and that often means spending more time with friends and family members. It can also mean being asked about more personal aspects of your life. In today's episode, certified sex therapist, speaker, writer and relationship expert Susan Wenzel shares some advice about how to navigate these conversations.

We discuss how to talk about non-monogamy with others, whether you are telling them for the first time, or revisiting the topic. We also chat about setting boundaries and how to broach the topic with children.
