In this episode I will talk about brain fog and how this impacts on life. The fear it evokes as well as trying to see the funny side. I recorded this on a difficult day living with long covid and have chosen not to edit, so you guys can get a feel for the reality of my journey. I hope this is helpful and as always please get in touch with any questions, comments or topics you may want me to discuss on future podcasts.
The next episode will explore long covid and the invisible symptoms, which can cause a lack of understanding from employers, friends and family. It will aim to raise awareness of this issue. Take care, speak to you next time
