- Sales is an unnatural type of behaviour. Most people hate the prospect of sales. Daniel likens it to physical exercise, in that we don’t enjoy it, but it is necessary. Roleplaying is good way of practicing sales.
- Data will be the new way of marketing in the future. It has already been used for presidential campaigns and for political purposes, and will be much stronger, in the end, than social media itself.
