Rather than letting your brain replay that same story of abandonment over and over again, intentionally give your brain the assignment to look for ways your life is super amazing right now! In this very moment!

Rather than letting your brain tell you all of the reasons why you’re stuck, intentionally give your brain the assignment to look for simple ways to create momentum!
