My guest this week is Andrea Ivanka, a second generation Canadian of Ukrainian ancestry, who was one of my first guests on the podcast in Season 1, Episode 6.

She shares her experience of how she was able to move through intense emotions and discover her “vibrational set point”, that place inside each of us that allows us to true up to who we truly are vs. the strong feelings we might be having in the moment.

We discuss the character qualities that serve as stepping-stones that unlock our ability to be vulnerable and set us on a path to cross the river of emotions we feel when we’re in a breakdown and move us in the direction of resolution.
