As we start a new year, let’s talk about beginnings. But beginnings are not the whole story since a beginning is often preceded by an ending. Both beginnings and endings can be challenging, so let’s take them both on.
My guest on The New Beyond this week is Lynne Sheridan, a transformational trainer and licensed marriage and family therapist who works with individuals and couples in navigating their lives through endings and beginnings.
Lynne is the author of The Birds and Bees of Joyful Monogamy: Nine Secrets to HOT Partnering and is a relationship expert, with a wealth of experience in working with couples to truly connect, with a depth of intimacy, understanding and compassion.
Join us, as Lynne and I sit down together to discuss what it takes to successfully navigate the challenges of ending what no longer serves, or is complete in our lives, as well as managing the opportunities that arise when something new appears on the horizon or is dropped suddenly, sometimes without notice, into our lives.
How we meet these two seemingly opposite experiences, whether in excitement or in dread, will determine how well we navigate them and what we can create on the other side.
