Rhythms of Renewal with Rebekah Lyons (REPLAY)

As we approach the new year, I wanted to replay one of my favorite episodes from 2019. A lot of my current listeners may have missed this one (and even if you did hear the original, it’s a great one to re-listen to over the next couple of weeks as we begin setting intentions for the new year).
