Melissa works in special education. Beginning at sixteen, Melissa tried a wide variety of diets. She would lose weight, then gain it back, plus more. She reached her highest weight after having her four children.
In the Summer of 2019, Melissa discovered IF through a friend. Through the challenges of Covid and job stress, Melissa has been living the IF lifestyle. She has more weight to lose, but her relationship with food has been healed. Melissa no longer uses food for comfort.
Melissa’s advice: “Start simple. Don’t focus on weight loss at first, but instead focus on a healthy lifestyle. The weight loss will come.”
