1. Orient yourself around the problem right now first
2. What do I need to do to survive? Put together a market milestone – reverse funnel
3. Build an initial customer profile for right now on a use case you can crush right now – focus on fit – do they have the need – focus on the problem
4. 25 words or less, can you construct a value hypothesis around that problem in repeatable way. Tell me what you think? Less work
5. How to monetize it? Fastest and easiest way to do business together. Make it as easy as possible – reduce funnel friction and keep it easy
6. Outreach and execution – construct a campaign – target people at the top of your funnel – email, phone scripts and talking scripts and other channels.
