With a background in fintech and working for Rappi, one of Latin America's biggest unicorns, Angela was well situated to find success. She talks about her initial aspirations to work in consulting, her foray into Fintech, and ultimately her passion for the beauty industry that led her to start Morado.

Angela emphasizes the importance of empowering Latina women in the workforce, particularly in the beauty industry. With 84% of the Latin American workforce in the beauty industry being women, Angela sees an opportunity to make an impact and provide more opportunities and financial control to these women. Her mission is to give Latinas access to resources and money to grow their businesses and make their own decisions.
