Intentional Focus: Train your mind to consistently focus on what you desire to create as your reality. Inspired Action bears the fruit of our desired reality when it is aimed intentionally in the direction of our desire. Intentional Focus may seem very simple, yet is often one of the most difficult practices.
Wherever our attention goes will dictate our direction. The more focus and attention we put into moving in a particular direction, the more we unconsciously move in that direction. Our attention gets hooked in multiple different directions and whichever direction we engage in most will communicate unconsciously what is most important to us.
