Laurie points us to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra Chapter 3 vs. 17 to help us understand why communication can be so difficult. Amy and Laurie talk about how to really listen from the heart using the tools of yoga and yoga therapy to self-regulate during the conversation. Laurie breaks down the work of Marshall Rosenberg and Non-Violent Communication into 4-steps.
