They explore his strategy around the mental aspect of nutrition, the psychology of cravings, hedonic hunger, and all the things that keep us from maintaining nutritional discipline.
More importantly, he reminds us how simple and uncomplicated proper nutrition can really be if we’re just willing to commit to it; even if it’s not perfect.
