Blagrove: ‘Don’t Know if Rates Are Going Down’, Trimming Large Caps to Manage Risk

Tony Blagrove thinks a lot of things are aligned to help stimulate U.S. GDP growth. “I really don’t know if rates are going down” this year, though, between a hawkish Fed Chair nominee and the economy heating up. He discusses how he helps clients manage risk and has “mostly” been trimming U.S. large cap positions in favor of bonds and international equities. Tony sees volatility ahead, but decent returns.
