Earlier in life, Fr. John had reached a point of chronic pain and bizarre food allergies. While searching for a cure, he began working with Dr. Kevin Majeres. This led Fr. John to practice mindfulness and reframe his views of pain and discomfort.
Within 6 weeks of starting this new approach, Fr. John overcame the psychogenetic conditions that were causing his issues. Today, Fr. John finds joy in being open to discomfort and experiencing every moment with great intention.
