In part 2 of this 4 part lecture, I discuss more specific concepts to how we approach our gym's culture, operations, and bigger picture items. These include our ethical guidelines, an athlete-centered model, education, communicaton, coaching athletes holistically, delaying specialization, and respecting age - training hours until the age of 12.
