Farmer Dave Graham - Saving young lives

One of Australia's most inspiring people, a man who is dedicating much of his life to saving kids who have found themselves on the wrong path. 

Farmer Dave Graham is the co-founder of RuffTrack - a fully registered charity, Rufftrack takes on young people (12-17 years old) who have disengaged with school and the community to give them skills, education, a sense of self worth and reconnecting them with their community. RuffTrack work closely with Hawkesbury police and the incredible BackTrack Youth Works to make a real change in young people's lives.

Rufftrack are currently striving to build a forever farm, a permanent location to continue their incredible work.
