In this episode I discuss the process and my experience of my Vo2 max training in June of 2022. It was fun, nerve-racking and challenging all at the same time. I talk about my results (which were "superior") and the training I'm going to endure over the next two months to push my Vo2 max number even higher. There is no question, I am in for a world of suck, but I might just be at my peak fitness at the age of 39.
