Buckle up WIIRE listeners, because this week we are welcoming Jaina Pallasigui to the show, and she is sharing a whole new world of investing tips and tricks with us! Jaina is the co-host of 6 MTR properties, works a full-time W2 job, and is a genius when it comes to credit card hacking! She primarily invests in Indiana but is based out of Orange County, and has learned to do it all remotely and built an amazing team to run the business, flawlessly.

Jaina started her investing journey near the end of 2021, and when her now business partner came to her with a crazy idea! They originally wanted their business to arbitrage Airbnbs but had to pivot due to rules and regulations in their area so they started doing some research and came across the world of co-hosting. It was the perfect solution!

Jaina is also enrolled in our CEO Bootcamp and shares some insider deets on that as well, but has learned how to get and stay organized in her business, thanks to this program!
