Jacob Saldaña is the co-owner of multiple Anytime Fitness locations in Seattle, WA, and co-founder of the Fit Bar Cafe chain and Space B.A.R. Wellness, alongside his two brothers. The cafe chain is home to superfood menu items and whole food nutrition, and also serves as a vehicle for health coaching and virtual training. Space B.A.R. Wellness, Saldaña's newest concept, taps into all things recovery: breath work, cold immersion therapy, infrared sauna, and red light therapy.
