Lloyd Fickett founded Lloyd Fickett & Associates, Inc. in 1984, a management consulting firm focused on leadership, team building, and extraordinary performance.
In 1990, Lloyd developed The Collaborative Way® while working with Rodel, the market leader in consumables for polishing silicon wafers (computer chips). Due to a breakthrough in chip making Rodel needed a way to meet the challenges of a massively expanding marketplace that included competitors with more resources. Rodel’s answer was to take on the challenge of developing an extraordinary way of working together.
In working with Rodel to meet this challenge the breakthrough occurred that became The Collaborative Way®. After taking on the practice of The Collaborative Way®, Rodel was able to outperform their competition and grow from 30 million in sales in 1989 to 200 million in 1997.
