Accused murderer Quake Lewellyn is competent to stand trial in the death of nurse Sydney Sutherland. The Arkansas farmer's attorney had asked for a mental evaluation. Arkansas State Hospital forensic psychologist Lacey Willett examined Lewellyn in January and writes: “It is my opinion that at the time of the alleged conduct, Mr. Lewellyn did not manifest symptoms of a mental disease or mental defect.”
