OpenTelemetry from a Contributors perspective with Daniel Dyla and Armin Ruech

OpenTelemetry, for some the biggest romance story in open source, as it took off with the merger of OpenCensus and OpenTracing. But what is OpenTelemetry from the perspective of a contributor?
