- How to Spot Gossip?
  - Is it difficult to see this person or situation neutrally without an emotional reaction?
  - Does this person or situation have anything in common with people you have dealt with in your past?
  - Are you defensive, judgemental, making fun of, placing blame, or triggered?
  - Are you afraid the rug will be pulled out from under you or something will be taken away from you from this person or situation?
  - Are you getting a need met such as being seen, heard, accepted, or soothed by others when you share gossip about this person or subject?
- How to decipher if you need to focus on Inner Child or Shadow based on the gossip?

Is it touching on a dynamic, pattern, or behavior that has come up in the past? If yes, this points to inner child work.
If you feel straight disdain, judgment, or mean girl energy about a specific quality, person or trait? If yes, this points to shadow work.
