"Surrender is not about giving up. But it is about quitting. Quitting can be one of the best things you can do for yourself. There's a great quote from American actor and comedian call Bobcat Goldthwait who says; "quit everything until you find something that you simply cannot quit." When I came across that sentence, it gave me a huge sense of peace, because I am a quitter and proud of it. But we get so caught up in our lives and we're so busy trying to distract ourselves. But sometimes we don't even realise the things that we're doing could be harming us."

Surrender is the concept for letting go, letting our ego understand that we're not always in control and by doing so, allows us to find inner peace.
Storytelling is the best way to explain a concept. Across the episode, I share several stories where I've deeply surrendered and accepting when I need to. The more you start to use this concept of surrender, the faster you're able to make change without needing to get all the way to the breakdown.
My vision for this podcast is that it becomes a collaborative effort, that we all go on this journey together and raise our vibration into the highest, most sustained flow we can.
