This week I am joined by Rohan Dickinson.

Rohan is someone who I have grown to know over the past few years, and in particular over the last 12 months I am proud to say, has become a friend, not just a connection.

In this conversation we deep dive into life, work, childhood, adoption, and parenthood.

Professionally Rohan has a background in HR, L&D and Talent, and is currently heading up partnerships at Adway, an automated social recruitment marketing company.

We used this time to get to know each other more deeply and of course explored ideas around culture and building environments where people thrive.

From our experience as parents, to our shared purpose to building a better future of work, this conversation speaks 100% to living a life of gratitude and fulfilment.

Rohan has worked both within HR functions as a HR, L&D, and Talent Management professional, and with sales in the HR and HR Tech space.

Rohan's career to-date has involved working for industry leaders in both scaleups and corporate environments. 

The common goal being to level up the HR and talent field for all.
