Injury, strength, cross training
In this episode, we catch up with Cara about her ankle injury. She’s been a very diligent student and has done all her prescribed calf raises etc, but she’s a little anxious about getting out there again, which leads us to talk a bit about running with health anxiety. We also start getting into cross training and all the best things we can be doing to aid our running, as well as some warm up advice that includes our fave dynamic stretches.
