This method involves training the mind to be resourceful and creative, using mentorship or teacher support, and making plans public.

Huib Rommers is a man on a mission to help young people find hope, meaning, and purpose during times of uncertainty. He has a degree in Sports and Physical Education and an educational master's degree. As a researcher at the Goalsetting Center for Study and Career Success at Erasmus University, he focuses on goal setting and life crafting. He has developed a concept called "creative life crafting," which combines creativity, strength-based learning, and goal setting. Huib currently works on multiple projects related to teaching, coaching, creativity, and life skills.
