Kristin Cavallari rose to fame from her role in the MTV reality show Laguna Beach, while still in high school. She appeared on several TV shows after Laguna Beach, but after she married NFL quarterback Jay Cutler, she left Hollywood and moved to Chicago to raise her family.

Always a hustler, Cavallari wanted her own business, so she founded the jewelry brand, Uncommon James, in 2017. She worked her ass off! She literally did every job in the company: From answering angry customers’ emails to actually designing the jewelry. It was that drive to succeed and her vision that made the company succeed. Now, it’s a wildly successful brand, that has expanded beyond jewelry and even has its own retail stores. It was a pleasure talking with such a successful entrepreneur!
