Charlie set up Run Dem Crew to get more of his DJ friends healthy - and years later it has become an international organisation, changed the running scene forever, and transformed many people's lives.

We talk about why you should build movements not communities, why you need to use your platform to be anti-racist, how to be honest with yourself about what you want to achieve and when to get other people involved in your idea.
