David and I first connected around 18 months ago when I was inspired by a very open and vulnerable post David shared on LinkedIn about his experience of losing his job and experiencing burnout.
We explore this in our conversation today and I thank David for being so generous in sharing his personal experiences which I think so many of us can resonate with.
David is now an accredited coach working with businesses and leaders prevent burnout, regain confidence, and find freedom and fulfilment in their life and career.

David Burgess-Bellay has a 20-year career in sales and partnerships working as an individual contributor and leader across global multi nationals, SMBs and tech start-ups in London, Paris and Sydney. But after experiencing burnout in 2020, David left the corporate world behind and has since retrained as an accredited personal and professional coach.
