I have been working with shopping cart recovery campaigns via Facebook for a while and the great thing is that it works. It is a dirt cheap way of squeezing sales from undecided shoppers.  It will not necessarily generate masses of sales but rather trickles that might have otherwise been lost.

They are also quite low maintenance from an account management standpoint.
