We have a returning guest today, none other than Brendan Harvey, from Brooksville, Florida. Despite having a successful job that paid the bills, Brendan had his sights set on bigger things. He saw the potential for even greater financial prosperity through wholesaling, and after testing the waters doing it part-time, he knew it was time to take the plunge.

Brendan boldly decided to pursue land wholesaling and was able to net a gross income of around $435,000 (in his first year)! He even secured a land deal for an unbelievable 22 cents on the dollar!
