Josh has started 24 different companies and failed at 21, battled alcoholism, and has now been sober for 9 years. When he starts a project he’s considered all in and will do whatever it takes to make sure the project is a success and a win-win for everyone involved. He finds, that the beautiful thing about business is that it is not a war, though it feels like a battle sometimes, it does not have to be win-lose, it can and usually is win-win.
