Karen works in digital marketing. She was overweight all her life but never dieted. In the fall of 2020, her weight climbed past 300 pounds and she felt miserable.
In April of 2021, Karen came across IF by reading a Facebook post. She read both of Gin’s books, Delay, Don’t Deny and Fast Feast Repeat, and began her IF journey.
Karen has lost 135 pounds! She reversed both her high blood pressure and fatty liver, her skin has improved and she no longer struggles with arthritis and kidney stones. Karen enjoys the routine and flexibility that IF has brought to her life.
Karen’s advice: Do the 28 Day FAST Start. Take pictures, take measurements, and stay off the scale. Trust the process! It will be different for everyone.
