Today we sit down with AJ Washington, Founder of Phlote, a music venture DAO working with musicians and other artists to succeed in web3, and with fans to curate and share in the value they create. AJ and I explored his path to Phlote, and how he's brought his past experiences and learnings in very traditional worlds into the very non-traditional DAO space, including his thoughts on leadership and accountability.
