What started as a homegrown, backyard business quickly grew into the most successful hummus business in Ithaca, New York. Chris joins Liz to tell the story of how he grew his small-town, farmers’ market operation into one of the largest hummus retailers in the country, sold in over 10,000 stores and valued at around $50 million.
